You can obtain this nozzle from Qi’s Walnut Room, costing 20 Qi Gems for four pieces. Meaning, it covers the entire sprinkler. While it’s also a rare drop in the Skull Cavern once you encounter the Qi’s Hungry Challenge and Skull Cavern Invasion Quests.

Moreover, monsters like slimes also drop this loot in the Mines during the Danger in the Deep Quest or after activating the Shrine of Challenge.
